Return Policy

Currently, we only accept returns and exchanges for damaged towels or wrong orders. Should there be an issue with your order, please take a photo and contact us at support@shopflowe.com within 3 days of receipt. After this period, we will no longer be able to accept returns or exchanges.

If you are are eligible for an exchange, this will be processed once we received the returned towel in its original condition, unused, and with the same packaging.
